I have had several days off since last Wed.. The Dr. has been out of the office so I took the days off without pay. So, let me catch you up. Dawson turned the Big 4 last Wed.. We went to Incrediable Pizza for his party. If was a lot of fun. I took Portia and Ryan with me. Also that day Lon, Chris and Kasey went and got a hammond organ for the studio. I know I shook my head too but it has a sound that Lon wants and he can use it as a deduction in the studio and learn to play it. Okay you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. Then on Thurs. I stayed home and in the afternoon went to Buffy and Kyle's new apartment. It was my first time there and it is really, really nice. Buffy cooked super and it was yummy. She even made fried apples. Um Um GOOD! After that I went and got my hair cut. Then on Friday I was going to get work done around here but instead was at the hospital with Grandpa. He couldn't pee for over 24 hours. They had to go in and open the urethra and place a tube there and he came out with a catheter. So that took the majority of the day. Then I had to pull a quick switch when they wheeled him out to the truck because he was going to drive. Thank goodness we kind of had a crazy CNA and she went back into the hospital. Sat. morning got up real early and Mom wanted to go to Kohls sale at 7. It was raining and there were only a few cars there but we did it. We were back home by 1:00. I was just wore out so I took a 3 hour nap. Sunday I just didn't have a whole lot of energy and Monday decided to paint the ceiling in the living room and the front room and then the walls looked so dingy that I had to paint them too. It is a real mellow yellow color. Looks good. Called my boss and took Tuesday off also and then got some more done. Then yesterday I had the boys. And now today it is time to go back to work. Have a little left to do in the front room so Lon is going to finish that up. I have the girls from the office coming on Sat. so I wanted to get it spruced up a bit. Won't have anymore time off until last part of May so maybe these days will be enough to hold me. LOL
Will try and download pictures later. Gotta get in the shower and get the old sore body moving. Used muscles painting that I haven't used in a while. Love to all.
