Man is it HOT! There isn't any relief in sight for a few days!
Have a busy busy week next week. The other nurse has Monday off and of course there isn't a float to take her place. So one of the girls from the front will room patients but she can't draw blood or do injections so that doubles my work load. Then Amber from the other clinic is going to be gone Tues, Wed and Thurs. so I am going to work over there on Wed. morning. Am I a glutten for punishment or what???
You will be getting a card in the mail to save the date for Sept 27. That is a Sat night and we are going to be having a special event. I want ALL the daughters here and grandsons. There will be more info later, but PLEASE save that date for us!!!! Yes it has to do with our anniversary and it is both Lon and my idea!!! So, just be waiting for more info.
We are going to go get Lon's truck at Bolivar today. His brakes had to be fixed and then get a few things we need from Walmart and then get back home. Gotta stop by Gma's house but hopefully won't be there more than 30 mins.
Going to try and get some crafting done. Tried to get most of the housework done on Wed so I could just try and relax this weekend.

Almost August
We celebrated Zek's birthday and sort of celebrated Buffy's birthday and Meg's will be here on the 31st. Then it is the dog days of August.
Slept in till 9 this morning. Think that is a record lately for me. Did the dishes and finishing up the laundry. Still have to go to the grocery store. YUK!!! Just really didn't want to go anywhere this weekend. Really liked staying home. Did the cushions on the love seat and couch yesterday along with the upolstery. We got a new carpet/upolstery cleaner and sure did give my back a work out. Feeling it scream toay. But, the couch and love seat look a lot better. Gave both dogs a bath yesterday and cleaned the bathroom from top to bottom.
Lon went to practice this evening. We kept Carson while Sarah, Josh and Dawson went to the fair last night. He was such a good boy. Babe the beagle just loves him and watches over him. It is so cute.
Well time to throw my clothes on and go to the store. I'm hungry but I don't know for what. Bad time to go to the store. LOL
