Tribute to my daughter Amy

Here is a woman who has done so much and continues to grow in her faith and her womanhood. She is a mom and dad now while her husband serves his country in the war. She is strong, beautiful and a lot like her mother. She has the same body shape as me, some of the same facial features as me and a temper just like me. Maybe that is why sometimes we disagree because we are so much a like. I love her dearly and miss her not being around to talk with. She has a beautiful home and a close friend across the street. She loves my grandson and takes good care of him.
I just wanted her to know how proud I am of her and all that she does. Hang in there baby, 'cause you come from good stock and are a survivor. LOVE YOU BUNCHES!

Home safe

We had a safe trip down and back. Won't post a lot of pictures of the party, I'll let Amy do that. Zek just had a great party and got some neat things. He even had a special star wars guest and his daddy called him on his birthday night. Buffy got a beautiful past present and future necklace from Kyle for her birthday. They make a great couple. Thank you Amy for your hospitality and us invading your home. Good to go and see family but also good to get home to normal life. Dawson and Carson were glad to get home. Carson especially. I bet he just stretched out in his bed and enjoyed not being in a car seat. Will let Amy post birthday party pictures. Can't believe that the boys are all growing up so fast. Before we turn around they will be teens.
Megan spent the night last night and she is leaving this morning. She has to be at work at noon. Papa Lon was glad to have Mammy back home.
